Okay for your question. Your puppy is just 9 weeks. I have an 8 week old puppy, got him not long ago, that teeths on my hair, clothes, fingers, arms, and more. He even bit my sister's nose! You can see my puppy in the picture.
Anyway, I'm off topic. First you need to tell your puppy that it's completely WRONG for him to bite your clothes. Be firm with him. When he bites your clothes give him a firm "NO." Tell him it's not allowed and it shouldn't be allowed. When he lets go, or obeys, reward him. Puppies need to be trained when they're young so the bad habits don't happen when older.
