I'm trying to think of a good way to allow my baby to roam around crawling, my mom says that he seems fine in his play pen. I feel bad putting him in there because after a while he looks at me with puppy eyes. when I have him out, he's crawling around everywhere (which is what babies are supposed to do, I know that) but I'm exhausted picking him up literally every 2 seconds to keep him safe. Any ideas?
The only time I put my daughter in the play pen is when I have to do something, like wash the dishes or something like that. You don't want to keep them in there no longer than 15 minutes. You can try to entertain your baby, give your baby a pot or pan with a wooden spoon and show him how to hit the pot or pan with the spoon. Babies like to play with items that they normally would not play with and just keep a eye on him.
