Do cats always get on with their kittens once they are older?
Just wondered if you keep a few of a cats kittens will they all get on when older because they are related or can they still hate each other?
It depends on the cat, if they get on and carry getting on throughtout growing up, they should be ok as long as they have plenty of space. I'm a bit concerned about keeping the 'few', as this could cause problems for mum, cats don't like to live in colonies. Our cat was already pregnant when we got her, took while to rehouse the kittens and she was very stressed, as it was overcrowded, so we are now down to two and she copes ok with them. So keep the ones she seems to get on the best with, hope this helps x
