Dont you agree that big dogs shouldnt be allowed to be walked in the streets without the jaw tie?
I believe that governments should not allow people (their owners) to walk their big dogs in the streets without this round thing that ties their jaws/mouth.
I mean those big dogs can really be dangerous and unpredicatable (no matter how trained!), many people i know have been victims of such dog attacks for no reason! I myself have had a somehow similar experience.
